Return Policy

We will happily refund or exchange any items that are damaged or that have been incorrectly purchased within 7 seven days of purchase and with proof of payment (your original order form will suffice).

Please check the contents of your Petzone package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.

*Please note that there will be no refund for garments (clothes), toys, or pet beds.

*Items that are returned worn, altered, damaged, dirty, or otherwise in a condition where they can't be resold can't be refunded, or exchanged.


Terms and conditions:

  1. In the case you receive a wrong or damaged item, Petzone will manage all shipping and exchange costs, but for any other reason, the customer will pay any extra shipping costs
  2. Returning items purchased through rewards points are not entitled to cashback and will be compensated with reward points ONLY.
  3. Free credit or Gift Vouchers can’t be converted into cash.
  4. Petzone will return cash amounts to the customer's bank account when the returned shipments arrive at the warehouse within seven (7-15) working days.
  5. Visa card or MasterCard purchases, can be compensated to the same Visa or Master Card, as per the policy of the bank within seven (7-15) working days.
  6. Customer will pay return shipping cost if got Free shipping of purchases exceeds 350 SAR
