Delivery options:
Petzone provides various delivery options to ensure your order reaches you exactly how you prefer.
We will deliver your pet products and supplies anywhere in Saudia Arabia. International shipping and delivery are applicable under specific conditions; please contact our customer service team for more details.
All deliveries for online orders are dispatched on the same day or on the next working day after the order has been placed. In case an item you have ordered is currently out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.
For Riyadh City: For orders anywhere within Riyadh, same-day delivery if your order is before 7:00 PM.
For Other Cities: For orders placed outside Riyadh, 2-5 working days are required for delivery and we provide a 24-hour service with SMSA. If your order amount is less than SAR 200 then a set amount of SAR 22 is charged for the delivery. For orders weighing above 15 kg, each kg above that limit will cost 1 SAR extra. For example – an order weighing 20 kg will have 5 SAR added to the total delivery charge.
COD Orders: We offer a cash-on-delivery service only in Riyadh city.
Free Delivery: Orders equal to or over SAR 200 will be delivered free of charge. Please note however that orders weighting over 15 Kg will still cost SAR 1 for every additional kg.
Installation: We do not provide any installation service for products such as aquariums, cages, crates, cat scratching post etc. offered on our website.
