Feeding Instruction
This product is meant to be fed to growing puppies and pregnant or nursing adult dogs. Moisten food until just soft for the early weaning period. Pick up left over food and discard in order to maintain freshness. As puppies grow teeth and can bite dry food, reduce the amount of water added to the food. Amounts in the table are intended as guidelines only. Energy requirements vary with environmental conditions, temperature, age, and activity of your dog. The amount of food should always be adjusted to maintain ideal body condition. Keep fresh water available at all times. See your veterinarian regularly.

Feeding Frequency
Puppies should be fed 3 meals per day up to 6 months of age and then twice a day. Provide daily amounts of food divided into the smaller meals. Feeding amounts may vary depending on size, breed and lifestyle factors. Adjust feeding amounts to maintain steady growth and ideal body condition throughout your puppy's growth. PREGNANT AND NURSING DOGS may require 2-4 times the feeding amounts as adult dogs of the same weight, depending on litter size and stage of pregnancy or lactation. Adjust feeding amounts in order to maintain ideal body condition.

Transitioning to Natural Balance
When switching your pet's diet, we recommend that it be done gradually over a 7-10 day period. Replace 25% of the current diet with the new diet, every 2-3 days until they are fully transitioned.
