Daily consumption:
Varies from 5% to 8% of the animal's weight. Medium-sized species (for example, the African gray) consume around 25-40g per day.

Recommendations:
The Omega Formula was designed to make up 100% of the parrot's diet, other foods can be provided, especially fresh fruits and vegetables. However, it is recommended that the percentage of Omega Formula is not less than 70-80% of the total daily consumption. It is not advisable to give any type of vitamin or mineral supplement to parrots if the parrot's basic diet consists of the Omega Formula, as it already contains the necessary amount.
