  • Complete Compound Feed For Lory and Lorikeets

LOR Y CREAM is a professional feed for Lori. It has countless advantages over traditional feeding with fruit and nectar and also advantages over other dry powder feed for lori: 1) Thanks to the presence of lipotropic elements, LOR Y CREAM has a lipid content of 8/9% (higher than other feed for Lori) which provides the animal with a very important source of energy without overloading at the liver level (remember that nectar, pollen and fruit have very low lipid contents but insects and oilseeds of tropical fruits have many more). This increased fat intake makes animals more active, more resistant to low temperatures (higher calories) and supports females in oodposition (the yolk of an egg contains 55/60% fat on the dry substance).2) The flours used are heat treated and designed not to stick to the lingual brush of the Lori, which leads to two fundamental advantages:a) Prevents the development of lingual mycoses and goiter (used as the only food);b) It leads to lower water consumption and therefore to the production of more solid feces.3) The natural pigmentants contained in the product improve the coloration of the plumage and beak of the Lori.
