Feeding Guidelines Fill your pet bird’s food dish with approximately what your pet consumes within a 24 hour period. Usually for parrots, the portion may range between ½ to ¾ cup per bird, depending on the size of the parrot. Adjust the portions to meet your bird’s specific dietary needs.
